Show image while loading

Hi,

First - great job!

I'd like to ask for another viewing feature. While viewing large images (about 100MB and up), XnView won't show the image until it is fully loaded into memory. It will be nice if the loading will be accompanied with the image advancing in XnView.

Now, because loading is done in a thread, zooming in and out will be acceptable (as in ACDSee)
