JPG´s red color

is possible save jpg files without loose some quality in the red colors ?
(usualy i save them at 80% but i have try save jpg´s with 100% quality but loose the red colors allways , specialy in words and other small red pixels)
Something like a option to disable color subsampling in the jpg save options box may do that , but i dono much about this things.
