Hello
My first post on this forum.
I just installed xnviewmp 1.8.5 on Linux Mint Cinnamon 22.1 on a 64 bits machine.
Just impressive but I have a little bug.
An example : I have a main folder with three subfolders inside, all filled with subfolders and .jpg images.
When I open the main folder I only see one of my three subfolders, not the other two.
I simply don't understand ...! First time I se this.
Can someone help me please?
Thanks

Hello xnview
Thanks for replying!
Exactly.
Only one out of three thumbnails is seen in the main area.
Same problem when looking through "New/open..."
Never saw this before.
I was using xnview in windows and everything always been spic an--span!
By the way, I use it in Linux Mint Cinnamon 22.1, fresh install on a HP 600G2 64bit machine, 32G ram.
I installed it using a .deb installer.
Thanks for helping.

Re: Need help to open files...problem!
Hello again Pierre
I found the problem and it has nothing to do with xnview.
This is a new system and also...new for me.
So mistakes and errors from mines can append.
I simply copied on my desktop a copy of the "Documents folder from the Home" folder.
I thought that this Documents folder was still linked with "Documents from Home".
Now. Just imagine the rest...
Anyway, the problem is solved and everything is running well.
I feel a bit bad about this.
That's the way it is when learning on a new systems.
Again thank you very much for your attention and have a good day!
