1.8.6 windows setup download fails

I have tried several times, two browsers, to download the windows x64 setup for version 1.8.6.

12 hours ago it was very slow and got to ~53MB before reporting a failed download. Now it is rapidly getting the same 55MB file (same checksum, but disagrees with value reported on viewtopic.php?f=115&t=48561
.
The windows x64 zip file downloads quickly, zip test says it is OK, but the SHA256 values disagree.

In fact, the ones from the 1.8.6 notice are identical to the versions labelled 1.8.5 on the main downloads page.
