Bias in the Random File Selection (cmd_fileRandom) in Viewer
Effect: Files are not displayed randomly.

Steps to Reproduce:
Open a folder containing tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands of files.
Use cmd_fileRandom from the menu or a shortcut key.
Repeat multiple times, and only the files from the upper part of the list are selected.

Expected Behavior: Files should be selected randomly from the entire list.

This problem is supposed to be fixed in XnView MP 1.8.7. Please check and confirm the bug fix here.
