Starting delay and Error "libpng warning: iCCP: known incorrect sRGB profile"

Post by TommyD »

Hi,

i started using xnviewmp on Linux with Ubuntu 18.04 and i have the same error since years. From time to time for reasons i don't understand startuing xnview takes several minutes. When i start xnview in a terminal i have this:

Code: Select all

XNVIEW SIZE ok 1920 1027
The only thing thats "fixes" the problme is a reboot. Doesn't matter whether i use the DEB-File, TGZ-Archive or the AppImage.

When the Problem occurs i dont delete the old ini. I can rename it but that doesnt solve the Problem.

When i rename the ini to xnview.ini.old i can Start xnview. When i rename it back i have the Problem again. The question is: why? After a restart all works (with the old ini). Renaming is only a temporary solution.

Please send me the xnview.ini when you have problems
