Add "rebuild thumbnail" keyboard shortcut

Would be so nice if "rebuild thumbnail" had a keyboard shortcut, and or a button to make this quicker.

you can assign shortcut to Rebuild thumbnails in Settings>Shortcuts

sorry for missing that we can assign keuboard shortcuts (im not so good wtih computer related things)
