Can't find Dark Theme on XnView MP

Can't find Dark Theme on XnView MP
Hi I can't seem to find the dark theme in XnView MP, tried searching google and found some help form previous posts but I've already tried switching to Browser mode but it's still not in View>Dark Theme. Any help is appreciated, thank you!
