XnConvert unable to do any actions

Version 1.104.0
it simply doesnt do any actions assignes, especially to resize images, they just stay the same size, regardless of source of file type, it doesnt wotk at all (tried all different options)

BUT only if i want to keep the same format or "same as original", if i choose another format (for example from jpg to png) it workes


but it worked before the update


using windows 10

it cannot be same format - like png to png, jpg to jpg etc.
once you click OK xnconvert closes quickly without doing anything (doesnt matter which action, it does not work at all)
have to change the format, doesnt matter which, like jpg->png, jph->bmp, png->jpg then it does the action i asked for

check your settings:
- if output file exists [skip]
- ☑ Exit after conversion
- folder - source
- filename - same as original
