RC2 : Tiled TIFF with width non-16-multiple skewed

Hi,

I've had this problem for quite some time (at least 1.80) but I think it has always existed. I work frequently with Tiled RGB TIFF files (generated using JAI in particular) which width is not a 16 multiple (795 for instance) and when displayed they get skewed. Could you take a look at this problem to have it solved in RC3 or final version ?

Currently tiled tiff file is not supported
