Add Windows Snipping Tool and Photos to 'Open with' feature

Hello!
I want to add SnippingTool and Photos to Open with feature, I'm done it like this:

OpenWith_2=C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\Microsoft.Windows.Photos_2025.11030.12002.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe\Photos.exe

But it doesn't work. SnippingTool opens, but empty, and for Photos nothing happened at all.
