Add way to organize items in 'Open with' dialog into folders with sub folders

Please add way to organize items in Open With dialog into folders with sub folders, currently i am running out of space for items and they so difficult to find when in one continuous list.

Also would be great to have ability to add custom or pre-defined icon to the folder to make it stand out more.
