Move all Browser controls to top toolbar

I'd like to keep all controls at top of screen for the Browser.

At the moment there's an entire toolbar for just a few controls - Sort, Filter ..... Toggle slider function, Thumbnail size slider, View As menu at the bottom.

Sort, Filter, View As menu are available as ToolBar buttons already - so just need 'Toggle Slider function' and maybe the 'Thumbnail size slider' even though there is already a 'Thumbnails size [menu]' - plus the option to hide the bottom toolbar.

EDIT - most of that is possible via Settings... Browser... Toolbar.

Would still be nice to have 'Toggle slider function' and 'Thumbnail size slider' as buttons for top toolbar.
