1.9.1. 'Please restart application' every time after I close 'Settings'

XnView: MP 1.9.1 - 64 bit
OS: Windows 10 Pro x64 22H2

Every time I close "Settings" with "OK" button, it tells me "Please restart application".

Effect: The notification "Please restart application" appears every time after closing "Settings" with "OK", it doesn't matter if any settings were actually changed or not. The changed settings take effect immediately, no restart is actually required.

To reproduce:
1. Open "Settings" (F12)
2. (optional) change some settings
3. Click "OK" to save changes and close the "Settings" window.

Actual behaviour (bug): Notification "Please restart application" appears every time after clicking "OK" in "Settings".

Expected behaviour: This notification only appears when something that actually requires restart was changed in "Settings".


Attached xnview.ini file in case there's a problem with some specific option.
