Integration of chapters in video playback like in Movie Player Classic (see screenshots in attachment)
Suggestion:
- Display start positions of chapters in video progress bar
- Add buttons to skip to chapter (forward and back)
- Display chapter name when hovering over progress bar (nice to have)
