UI elements resize when moving app from screen to screen

(seems like possibly this may have been mentioned before?)

Latest version of XnView MP (1.9.1) on Windows 11, but this has happened for many versions.

When I drag the fullscreen XnView MP app window by the titlebar from one screen to another (same resolution on both screens, 1920 x 1080) the internal pane dividers move around. This happens most of the time, although not every single time. Is it something that can be fixed?
