Possible to set file attribute with a shortcut?

Is it possible to set the file attribute of the current file from within xn view (with a shortcut, I know you can view properties and do it there). I'm using the file attribute to decide which files to keep before doing a purge. I made an AHK script to do this in explorer, not idea how to approach this with xnview
