XnView: MP 1.9.2 64-bit (Linux) - Libformat 7.226
OS: Linux, TuxedoOS (=Ubuntu 24.04) 64bit
KDE Plasma Version: 6.3.2
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.11.0
Qt Version: 6.8.2
Graphics Platform: X11
XnView was installed from a .DEB package.
The save dialog freezes when I try to save or export a file, and the whole program crashes.
To reproduce:
1. Open and edit an image
2. Click "Export" in the menu, set up the export parameters, click Export button
3. XnView stucks for several seconds, then "Save File" window appears, but the contents (files and folders) aren't shown:
4. Wait several minutes, nothing happens.
5. Click the close button, a dialog window appears offering to kill the application:
6. Click "Interrupt" button, XnView is killed, the image hasn't exported.
The same behavior occurs when you choose the "Save as" option. If I start XnView in the command line using the "XDG_CURRENT_DESKTOP=GNOME" option, it works correctly. I think it's a KDE-specific bug. It appeared in one of the previous versions (I can't remember the exact number, but I guess it was 1.8.8 ), but it's still there in 1.9.2. I deleted the settings, but it didn't help.
Expected behaviour: Be able to save files in KDE.
