Add support for lossless crop/rotate operations for HEIC

There is currently support for lossless crop/rotate operations for JPEG (via a separate menu), but for HEIC there is no such thing even though it's even a spec requirement as far as I understand https://nokiatech.github.io/heif/technical.html

There are lossless commands that I can add to the toolbar, but they're greyed out/inactive.

Would you please add the same lossless transformation commands like for a JPEG? Ideally also in a custom menu group for toolbar convenience
