Allow custom groups/menus in toolbars

To save space I'd like to add 5 commands with long names into a custom drop-down "group" menu similar to how there is a File and other menus. Would you add an extra custom element called "Menu" where I could add whatever commands I want?

So in addition to -- COMMAND -- you'd also have -- MENU BEGIN-- -- MENU END-- elements
