Please add the 'Favorites'-Button to all text-boxes where you can choose a directory (for example, I miss this in the 'Batch Convert' dialog...)

In the Advanced Options of Batch Convert, a 'Rename'-Option with Placeholders like in Batch Rename would be fine.
