Startup - Start without file - Directory - Last, not working

Hi Pierre,

Thanks a lot for keeping up with such a great piece of software!

I've recently updated my XnViewMP version to 1.9.3 64-bit (Libformat 7.226) on Windows, and realized that it stopped remembering the last folder when opening XnViewMP in browser, even if the setting "Last directory" under Settings - Startup - Start without file is checked.

I've played with this option a little and realized that in xnview.ini, the setting PathBrowser remains always blank even when startupType is set to 1.

May this be a little bug?
