Add "last used" option

Basically to all menu items with long selection list:
- effects
- selection : set ratio
- selection : set size
- image : map
etc.

Would be nice to have it assignable as a keyboard shortcut (I used "set ratio" all the time)

you already can restore previously saved selection

Indeed, thanks for the reminder, and it's assignable to shortcuts

Now need the same for ratio
