Showing thumbnails for raw files

Hello everyone, new here. I'm using the latest Mac version of XNView MP. I have both raw files and jpeg files in a folder. In the thumbnail pane, only the thumbnails for the jpegs are shown. The raw files just show a generic icon (see screenshot). I'm not sure if I have changed some settings? Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Thanks Pierre. Yes I can see the preview in the preview pane when I click the ARW thumbnail. (Also in the MacOS Finder, both raw and jpeg thumbnails are displayed properly.)
