If a folder contains many files that don't all fit on one screen, then after we scroll all the files to the very bottom of the screen, the upward scrolling stops working. The wheel doesn't respond at all.
v.1.9.8
Added: this is only observed when this slider is set to 13. There are no problems with other values.

I can reproduce
1. set Thumbnail cell spacing to 10
2. resize filelist height to fit at least 2 rows of thumbnail cells with spacer
3. scroll to the end of the list

yep
scrolling up over file list area stops working once the end of the list is reached
scrolling up over scrollbar work normally

I reported this ages ago but Pierre did nothing about it. You can scroll up when you move the cursor to the right on the side scroll bar.
