Lanczos3 and Lanczos2 in XnConvert , and Lanczos2 Sharper in FastStone Image Resizer

Hi)
Previously I offer add in XnConvert Lanczos2 as this make in FastStone Image Resizer , but I can not understand , why in XnConvert result resize from any resolution to 1288 pixel of vertical different from result resize from any resolution to 1288 pixel of vertical in FastStone Image Resizer... image kind of a little offset pixels , why so ?

Also , I want understand what make Lanczos2 ? I can do this if use mixing Lanczos3 and sharper ? If yes , how to set up sharper with lanczos3 ?
