I scanned and backed up images on my SSD, using the "Search Similar Files" function with a 90% similarity score. On a Win11 i9-11900K with 64GB RAM:
Stage 1 - CPU usage was close to 100%, RAM usage reached 11GB.
Stage 2 - CPU usage was approximately 7%, RAM usage remained at 11GB.
However, after waiting for over an hour, there has been no progress (as shown in the image). Does MP have a file search limit or is there a bug?

i can reproduce
at step 2/2, app does some work at first, then stops and looks idle, with very low CPU usage (~4%)

Like other search software, the problem is likely largely due to insufficient caching?
It would be best if MP could handle the cache in RAM and allow for customizable usage.
Alternatively, it would be even better if MP developers could write GPU-based code for large-scale searches to improve efficiency.
