"Category" should be "Label"

(i.e. obligatoric automatic assign match to all parents).

Sub categories/ labels should be allowed to have more than one parent.

The groups of categories/labels (category/label sets)
should be available in panes Category Filter and search.

This suggestion is not to meet my personal needs,
but to
- make it in line with the rest of the labelling world,
- prevent inconsistent and confusing structures.

Simple, clean and coherent.
