Output folder within Output folder

Hi Love the software but it keeps adding a new Output folder into the output folder when I manually convert or a change happens in the Hotfolder.

What I'd like: Hot folder, any new folders or files in existing folder and XN Convert resizes the jpeg; adds a watermark and outputs with the exisiting folder structure.

What happens:

Input folder = XN Web
Output folder = XN Output

I add folder 278 Merlins Rebel to XN Web I get: XN Output / XN Web / 278 Merlins Rebel. All good.

I add folder 310 Bright Water to XN Web, I get: XN Output / XN web / Xn Web / 278 Merlins Rebel and 310 Bright Water!

Looks like all the folders and files are in the second output folder just worried I'm missing something.

Am I missing something?

MacBook pro; tried the Apple store and web download versions. This happens on two MacBooks. With and without Hotfolder. Ticked and unticked allsorts of options always the same result.
