Aux sujet des calques dans les images

Hello everyone, and best wishes for 2026.

I'm new to the forum because I need help with XnView. I'm working on the textures for aircraft in P3D and Microsoft Flight Simulator, and I'm using XnView to open the Paint Kit textures, which are in .psd format, and convert them to .bmp.

This allows me to modify the textures as I wish.

When I open an image, I see that it has several layers.

My question is, is it possible to delete some of these layers? And to save the changes once the layers are removed? I know how to add layers, but not how to delete them.

If someone could kindly explain this to me, that would be wonderful.
