Saved layouts

The feature below would be useful if user often browses directories with many types of contents, like image collection, video collection, download directory etc. and has different personal browsing preferences for them.

Add ability to save and restore layouts.

A layout consists of:
- sizes and positions of XnView window in Browser and View modes
- layout and sizes od Browser panels
- (EDITED) settings set with View>View As to View>Preview (7 settings)
