Error when changing the time/date with long file names

Hello,
When I try to change the date/time, the error message shown in the image appears.
The cause seems to be the long file/path name.
When I rename the photo to ‘1.jpg’, the error does not occur.

Drag and drop to MS Word does not work either.
Here, too, the file name is too long.
Interestingly, Windows automatically shortens the path to C:\EIGENE~3\2021\20AEB1~1\2021-0~2.
If you try to open the file from MS Explorer in Word, there are no problems.

yes currently an issue with exiftool and creating long filename
