Pantone Colors in Illustrator files

Hi everyone, my Illustrator 20 files aren't displaying thumbnails if they contain any Pantone colors. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks and regards.

Same illustration, no problem in RGB, but no preview in CMYK with PANTONE SOLID COATED colors...if I save it in PDF format it doesn't even create a thumbnail, it forces me to open the file in the application to review it... thanks, regards
