Cannot adapt software page to my computer screen

Hi All,
I have been using XnView for years and years and have now many problems with MP (today 1.9.10).
Mainly, when I open XnView, I do not have like with any other program - Windows - on the top right corner an X (to close), one or two squares (to take the full screen or part of the screen of my display) or a bar _ (to minimise).

Ok, I can live without that but somehow I made it so that the XnView window when open is bigger that my computer screen and I cannot reduce it. I can only move it around with the top bar. I tried all the menus and its all about my pictures. Couldn't find anything about the window of the software.

No, I have a top bar all the length with a tab on the left written "Explorateur" (in French) and a black cross in a small red square.
Below I have another bar with: files / edition / display / etc.

I use to have a standard title bar but lost it with MP version.
