Hi there !
I am trying to switch from another program to XnView, which I believe is faster and better...
But there is one big catch : I do not get thumbnails for the video files (mostly MP4) that I need.
ried to rebuild the thumbnails cache with no efgfect.
I suppose I missed something ?

Post moved to XnView MP General Support as you are evidently using that software rather than XnConvert.
