1.9.10: distorted display of 16 bit multipage TIFF

Display of 16 bit multipage TIFF is not correct and distorted.

Effect: display glitch

To reproduce:
1. Download a geoTIFF from https://opengeodata.lgl-bw.de/#/(sidena ... ct/dgm025)
(Open GeoData Portal Landesamt für Geoinformation und Landentwicklung Baden-Württemberg)
2. Open TIFF in XnView MP
3. See display glitch
