Was this feature tested recently, can we still use it on recent Windows versions?
I downloaded the latest XnView-win-small.zip and gave a try. It created an .SCR file that I moved to \Windows\system32 where other .SCR executables sits. In the system parameters (Screen > Customisation > Screensaver), "XnView_ScrSvr" (the name I gave to the file) came as an option. This looks good but then, click on Parameters or Preview doesn't work
I like seen my collection of picture when my machine is unused for some time. Unhappy with the "Photo" feature provided with Windows because I can't see any way to display when/where was the picture taken
Actually the PhotoScreensaver executable seems unchanged since Windows 95... I recalled XnView Classic provided such feature as I used it in the past on my professional desktops.
