I just updated the program after not doing so for a while, and I've noticed when I scroll through images, it scrolls through them out of order when their filenames have numbers in them.
For example: Say I have the following images:
Image (1)
Image (2)
Image (3)
Image (4)
...
Image (10)
Image (11)
etc.
Before the update, if I scrolled through the images in the program, they'd appear in that order.
But now, they instead show up in the following order:
Image (1)
Image (10)
Image (11)
Image (12)
...
Image (19)
Image (2)
Image (20)
etc.
Is there a way to fix it so it displays the images in the proper order when I scroll through them?
Images with numbers in the filenames seem to be out of order

Welcome to the forums...
You posted to the Bug Report board (now moved to Support). But what you describe isn't a bug, it's user error.
XnViewMP gives you lots of ways to sort. Try looking on the View menu. There's an sub-menu Sort By.
On that menu, you'll see there are several options (towards the bottom) especially for Name sorting. Maybe try them out?
"Name - Numeric order" will do what you want. You currently have it set to one of the other options. You'll see a little dot appear next to the currently selected method.

Re: Images with numbers in the filenames seem to be out of order
Thanks for the help! I apologize for misidentifying it as a bug. I have been using XnView MP as a replacement for the standard Windows photo viewer ever since they screwed that up by making every new file you open in it a separate process that doesn't automatically end when you close it.
So I've just been opening files directly from File Explorer into XnView rather than viewing the folders in XnView directly, so I missed where the options were.
Thanks for pointing me in the right direction!

Re: Images with numbers in the filenames seem to be out of order
Glad to help. There are a plethora of options in there, and they're all available to you even if you're launching directly from Explorer.
Everybody has their own way they're comfortable with, but you may find as you get into it more, the filtering, searching, and cataloging provided by XnViewMP's browser makes it much easier to find what you want when you have a large collection of images compared to hunting through folders in Explorer. It can do all sorts of things that Windows Explorer can't do.
Good luck...
