It would be useful to have the other JPEG lossless operations too:

optimize, progressive, grayscale

I second this suggestion. Optimizing Huffman table is already implemented, but progressive mode is regrettably still missing. Currently using jpegoptim for this on Linux, but it would be so much better to be able to do it via XnView directly.

Another option worth considering to implement, is removing the JFIF header from JPEG images.
