Counter in the “Find Similar Files” window

Is it possible to add a counter to the "Find similar files" window that looks like this:
Total files: 105
Similar files: 15
So that as unnecessary files are deleted, the counter decreases accordingly, for example:
Total files: 100
Similar files: 10

This type of counter is found in all programs for searching for similar images:

It would be preferable to make the counter font larger and/or bold.
