Occasionally, the thumbnail borders of some images are displayed incorrectly, making it appear as if the image has borders.
Two browsers, with the same settings (see image), display the same thumbnail in different folders. Without selecting the image, the image below has no black borders at the top and bottom (correct), while the image above displays black borders (incorrect).

The border display error made me think there was a black border.
