Hi everyone, I tried syncing my Google Calendar with a local .ics export to keep track of shooting dates, and it looked fine at first. But after importing into my calendar app, some events showed up a day earlier or later than expected, even though the original dates on Google were correct. I’ve checked device timezone, export settings and tried re‑exporting from desktop and mobile, but the mismatch keeps happening on the same dates. I’m not an expert on calendar formats, and I’m using the basic export function with default settings.
On the forum here I see a lot about image metadata and dates, so I guess offsets might be similar trouble in calendar files too. Any chance someone has seen this exact shift issue with .ics and can point to what setting or fix actually helps?
