1.10.5: MP4 preview display issue (all videos distorted/glitched)

App Version: XnView MP 1.10.5 - 64 bit
OS: [Windows 11] - 64bit

Description:
Since updating to version 1.10.5, when previewing MP4 files, the video does not render correctly. Regardless of whether it is the layout preview or the full-screen preview, all video files appear distorted as shown in the attached image.

Effect: The video preview is unusable as the visual output is corrupted/incorrect.

To reproduce:

Open the application and navigate to a folder containing MP4 files.

Select any MP4 file to view it in the layout preview.

Switch to full-screen preview mode.

Note that in both cases, the video output matches the attached screenshot instead of playing normally.

Actual behaviour (bug):
All MP4 videos show a glitched or incorrect visual output (see attached image) in both the layout and full-screen preview modes.

Expected behaviour:
Videos should be displayed correctly and clearly in both the layout preview pane and the full-screen view.
