Add an Action to the Explorer context menu?

Say I have many underexposed photos. In XnViewMP >Batch Convert > tab Actions I might set (e.g.) Automatic Levels, or increase expose by 40.
Is there a way to add that to Explorer context menu XnShell ?
So I might apply the action to a number of selected photos.
