XnView curring featur

After the last update the cutting feature of XnViewMP is not working any more.
The ikon appears on the task line but after clicking on it the curring feature, means the window drwing that limites the cutting, is not working.
Can you help me with this?

Operating System: windows11
Antivirus Software: Avira

Selecting an area and clicking on 'Crop', its not working?

The feature seems to work fine.

Check your settings in Tools->Settings:Interface:Mouse

Make sure you have one button/modifier set to "Make Selection" and use that.
