JPEG quality , I'm in deep shock!

I'm in deep shock! In very very very deep shock!

All this time I tried to walk on wrong way , very very very wrong way , only now I was able to understand what is actually happening , and I show to you this , dihering always not need , really not needed at all ! Cause in this as we keep DCT!
If we use DCT 4:4:4 1x1x1x1x1x1 - image very sharper and rude colors ,
If we use DCT 4:2:2 2x2x1x1x1x1 - image better and will smoth even if not use dithering
If we use DCT 4:2:0 2x2x1x1x1x1 - image even more smoth ,
it means what need fully remove dithering in JPEG reading alhorytms , but need add select DCT mode for reading as this do for writing :

Look at the lips and the area near the chin
need always read JPEG files even not JPEG li per JPEG li reader with selectable DCT modes for reading
on right side , you can see what it might look like result
simply copy all settings from write to read , and JPEG will reading with maximum quality )
But the smoothest image will be with smoothfactor 10 , this need add in read options , without fail )

dithering Blue noise as now available can save it and add as variant , but DCT for reading need finalize , because this increase quality )
