1.11.2 Shortcut key behavior error; full-screen viewing of webm causes process and file usage issues

Settings - Interface - Mouse - Alt + mouse wheel set to "Zoom in/out" always results in zooming out, unable to zoom in.

After viewing webm and closing the program, the process cannot exit; the file cannot be deleted while viewing webm in full screen; after viewing webm in full screen and then switching to another webm folder for full-screen viewing, these webm files are continuously occupied, preventing them from being deleted or moved.
