XnView: MP 1.11.5 64 bit
OS: Windows 64bit
I have had my mouse click configuration set so that right button is next file, left is previous. I think one or two versions ago a menu started to appear when right-clicking as well as going to the next file. That's happening with whatever you configure the right button to do now as far as I can tell.
Effect: A window pops up and block the view of the image.
To reproduce:
1. Configure mouse right click with no modifier to show next file
2. Right click on an image to go to the next one
Actual behaviour (bug): A menu window pops up in addition to going to the next file.
Expected behaviour: Going to the next file, nothing more. I guess the menu should only appear when mouse right click is set to "do nothing".

Re: 1.11.5 Right-click configuration always pops up a menu
Confirmed, this behavior has changed from 1.11.2.
Context menu should not appear on a R-Click if R-Click is set to next/previous image.
In 1.11.2, if R-Click was set to Next file, the Context menu was completely inhibited; it would never appear.
But I think that is bad behavior as well, since the Context menu can be essential.
I think the best solution is if R-Click is set to previous/next file, then the Context menu should only appear on R-Click HOLD. (more than a second)
All other options require a drag, and don't have a context menu problem. So for all other options, R-Click should continue to bring up the context menu as it currently does.

Re: 1.11.5 Right-click configuration always pops up a menu
same issue with LMB - selection stops working if set to navigation
it is better to:
- split 'No modifier' into Click (single) and Hold in LMB,RMB groups
- add explicit 'Context menu' action
- rename 'No modifier' accordingly in Middle button and Wheel groups
