ShellExt issue with libJPEGXL 1.11.5 for windows 11

Hello,
An issue already noticed in the ShellExt repository: windows explorer crashes when ShellExt is used on a jpegXL file. This seems to be due to a change in libJPEGXL.dll in the MP1.11.5 zip package (replacing it by libPEGXL.dll from the MP1.11.2 zip package solves the issue)

BTW, note that all links to download ZIP packages of all versions (for windows at least) points to the latest version (1.11.5), so it makes hard to download a previous version for testing (fortunately I had a copy of MP1.11.2 zip on a USB key)
