I'm without speech.
There's many a reference to plug-ins and add-ons for XnVMP, but try though I might, I can't find them - .pdn in particular.
I see in Tools, Plugins, there's a few pre-loaded install controls for some AddOns and Plugins, but no others.
Around this forum there's occasional reference to .pdn but there's nothing apparent as to where to find it, nor the process of adding any. Nothing in Help, such as it is, nor in FAQ. Indeed, when I choose Background Remover, the process seems to choke, leaving a partial green fill on the install control, plus Cancel as the only other artefact.
Ah: 'Help' has a plugins tab, sixth of eight. In the bottom corner we have c:\Program Files\XnViewMP\plugins\ - and in there there's a few LICENCE files and a mixture of exe's and dll's. No readme.txt. I wonder if I should assume that the Tools, Plugins, Plugins tab is used to initiate the linking of those resident exe's and dll's to XnVMP itself.
Could some formal description of plugins and addons be made available? ...incl ref to .pdn

Re: Where Are The Plug-ins?
Gee, that's fairly deeply buried, Pierre.
Not easily found.
'Home --> Board index --> XnView MP --> MP - General Support --> Plugins and Addons'
No further addressing of .pdn?
With luck, this thread title may lead more people to find the plugins/addons.
Yes, some access in Tools, Plugins, as I mentioned, but it demands a fair bit of deduction as to how to use.
And the Install UI needs work: indefinite result leaving only a Cancel control.
Love your work, btw.
